Church Planting Links

Here are a few church planting links that might be helpful. I will try to keep putting some of these up as I come across others.

Sam Douglass is my coach and mentor, a guy who has been there and done that in just about every area when it comes to church planting. He has just launched a brand new website and ministry called Just Coach Me. It's a great site. If you are at all interested in church planting, I cannot recommend enough getting connected with a good coach like Sam.

Ed Stetzer is works with Lifeway Research. He is perhaps the foremost expert on missional thinking in America today. He also is a church planter with a huge heart for church planters. His website, New Churches, has more information, tools, and resources than you can get through in a week. Also check out Church Planting Solutions.

The Acts 29 Network is probably the most vigorous church planting network in the country that is not associated with any particular denomination. They are theologically conservative and passionate about planting and planters.

Purpose Driven now has a planting network. The site is a little weak, but it has some helpful information, and their Launch Conference is valuable.

Finally, check out the church planting section of the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention's website. The North American Mission Board also maintains an excellent site with lots of resources called Church Planting Village.
